 Judge Katy Perry had a season of American Idol that had its share of highs and lows, but her colleague judge Luke Bryan has stepped up to help her. The Dark Horse singer has served as a judge on the show since its return in 2018. However, during the most recent season, she received criticism from fans for some of her statements made about the candidates, with one particular event generating a sizable amount of rebuke.
